The Guadalupe Academy nurtures an appreciation for Latino arts and builds life long skills by

immersing students in a culturally rich learning environment.


We offer classes and workshops for learners of all ages in six key areas:  Dance, Theater Arts,

Literature, Music, Visual Arts and Media Arts.  Each class is managed by experienced instructors

who share a passion for teaching and conserving essential components of the Latino



We are located inside the Museo Guadalupe building (723 S. Brazos St.) and feature several

studio spaces dedicated for use by Academy staff and students. Our students are given

opportunities to participate in recitals, public performances and become part of the Guadalupe

arts community.

2015 Fall Semester:

Tuesday, September 8, 2015 – December 19, 2015 




All participants must have a current GCAC membership at the $25 level. For families with multiple students, please consider the Familia membership at $65.00  which gives 15% off tuition.

Academy classes: $45.00 per month (music, visual arts, theater arts, other).

Dance classes: $40.00 per month for 2-hour classes.

$25.00 per month for 1-hour classes.

Monthly payments can be made in person at the Guadalupe Academy (723 S. Brazos St.) from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, or by phone with a credit card by calling (210) 271-3151.

Effective September 2014: Tuition payments are due no later than the 7th day of each month.  If your payment is late, there will be a $10 late charge added to your balance.
