Guadalupe Dance Academy
Mission and Objectives

The goal is for the Academy students to become professionally trained members of the Guadalupe Dance Company. The process usually begins with a student enrolling in the children’s dance classes and then proceeding on to the more advanced adult classes. After many years of training, the Director may invite the student to become a Company Apprentice, at which point they continue to attend regular classes but begin a rigorous training period to prepare for Dance Company. The mission of the Guadalupe Dance Academy is to preserve, present and promote our cultural heritage through traditional and contemporary styles of music and dance.
