BYOP (Bring Your Own Perro – on a leash!)
Strut your perro down the runway! Competition
begins at 6:30 PM with a new contest every half hour. Prizes awarded
in the following categories: ugliest perro, owner/perro
look-a-like,
best dressed perro, most talented perro, and the audience pick:
Mr. and Mrs. Más Rudas.
Treats for perros and hot dogs for
humans.
Also, be sure to pick up a one-of-a-kind t-shirt created by the women of Más Rudas Collective. Take a photo with your perro in front of well-known Westside buildings. Run your perro through the doggie obstacle course.
Animal Care Services will be on hand offering 20 dogs for adoption, a mobile spay/neuter van to promote and schedule appointments for SpaySA services on May 12, free dog licensing, a low-cost vaccination clinic, and microchipping. Dr. Ariana Finkelstein will be available for all your pet-related questions in the Ask-A-Vet booth.
