Box Office Manager
The Box Office Manager is a full-time position responsible for the direct day-to-day operations of all customer relations, including ticket sales, class registrations, visitor questions, membership sales, tour group assistance, merchandise sales and marketing department support. The Box Office Manager ensures an excellent visitor experience from every point of entry on the GCAC campus, thus honoring the GCAC’s mission and guaranteeing repeat visitors.
Applicants should demonstrate an understanding of GCAC’s mission and the ability to effectively communicate that mission in its many dimensions. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
