Submission Guidelines

Guadalupe Teatro Program accepts one-act and full-length plays year-round. Plays still in process may be considered for Lo Nuevo: Play Reading Series produced 2-3 times annually. Guadalupe Teatro Program seeks works that confront, challenge, and entertain from both new and established Latino/a writers.

In addition, we ask that plays be typed in standard playwriting format.

Submission Guidelines:
· Synopsis and letter of inquiry
· Types of material: full-length plays, translations, adaptations, one-acts,
solo pieces, bilingual plays, plays for youth
· Facilities: Guadalupe Theatre, 300 seats, flexible
· Best submission time: year-round
· Response time: 3 months letter, 6 months script
